Aeration

When the soil is too compact, water, nutrients, and air are not able to travel through the soil to help the grass roots grow deep. Annual or biannual aeration can loosen your soil, allowing the water and nutrients the grass roots need to penetrate deep.
Overseeding
After we aerate your lawn, we will lay a thin layer of seed over your lawn to fill in bare spots and encourage new growth.
Top Dressing
Top dressing applies an even layer of compost on top of your lawn to encourage healthy growth, thicken your turf, and strengthen the soil in your lawn. If your lawn is struggling with uneven growth, heat stress, or inadequate nutrients, top dressing may be the right service for you.

What does your turf maintenance service include?
You can get on our regular weekly lawn mowing package that we bill for monthly from March through November. We also have other full-service package options that include mowing, edging, blowing, trimming, aeration, and overseeding. This package makes it easy for customers to have a well-kept lawn year-around.
How often should my lawn receive maintenance?
The frequency of maintenance depends on the specific needs of your lawn, but generally, regular mowing should occur weekly, while aeration and overseeding should be done once or twice a year.
Do I need to be home during the maintenance service?
No, you don't need to be home during our service. Our team will take care of everything and ensure your property is left in perfect condition.
Is your company experienced in providing lawn maintenance?

Does your package include fertilization?
